Takeaway that runs itself

One link, one QR on the counter. Guests choose, pay and pick a collection time — and the kitchen sees the order only once the money is in.

Off-premise

Your phone stops ringing at noon

Phone orders arrive exactly when nobody can answer. A pickup link takes them without interrupting service, and every one arrives already paid.

  • One link and one QR for the whole venue — no table setup
  • A six-character code for anyone whose camera will not scan
  • Collection times in 10, 15, 20 or 30 minute slots
  • An optional cap per slot, so the kitchen is never buried
  • A copy-paste button for your own website, no developer

Delivery, if you do it

Delivery is a separate decision, not a switch you have to flip. Leave it off and takeaway works exactly as described.

Turn it on and you set the postal codes you serve, a minimum order and a delivery fee. No radius, no map service, no guessing — the areas are the four-digit codes you already know.

The parts you control

Your own opening hours

Off-premise hours can follow your dining room or run on their own — a kitchen that takes pickup until 21:00 but seats until 23:00 is normal, not an edge case.

Preparation time

The earliest slot is always now plus your prep time, so nobody can book a collection you cannot make.

Capacity per slot

Cap the number of orders in any one slot and the rest move to the next. Kitchen-load tooling, set by the person who knows the kitchen.

The kitchen screen

Pickup orders wait in their own rail until it is time to cook, then join the queue with the collection time, the name and the phone number on the ticket.

Takeaway questions

Do guests need an app?

No. The link opens a normal web page, and paying works with TWINT, card or wallet without an account.

What if somebody cannot scan the QR?

Every counter card also carries a six-character code, typed on the same page. No camera required.

Can I take takeaway orders without doing delivery?

Yes, and most venues do. Delivery is switched on separately, with its own areas, minimum and fee.

When does the kitchen see the order?

Only once it is paid, and only when preparation should start — earlier orders wait in a separate list so the board stays the work of the next few minutes.
